Will include description that the use NLM widgets is not a requirement.  The only requirement is to be able to produce the Observation and Condition (where Health Concern(s) are identified as part of the survey process) resources that record the result of administering an SDOH survey.

Clarify that the use of the SDC Questionnaire is also not required as long as the survey process produces the required Observations and, where appropriate, the condition resource to express a Health Concern.

Epic will probably not be using the suggested widgets / apps to do conversion to FHIR questionnaire / Execute FHIR questionnaire.

Depending on how this data comes into Epic, it will either be filed standardly to our Chronicles database and from there formatted and sent out as FHIR Resources, as necessary, or it we will have to support Create APIs for these FHIR resources (say, if a third-party app is collecting this data and filing it in Epic).
