There are green, grey and pink backgrounds that have weird shapes and don't seem to add anything to the diagram. I thought perhaps the shapes represented steps, except that one shape has 2 step numbers, and that still doesn't explain the green + pink, nor the grey.
Also, North Americans read left-to-right, top to bottom. So your entry-point should be top-left and the diagram, should as much as possible have the data structures organized to show a logical progression of steps.
Most importantly, if you're going to have a diagram with a whole bunch of parts and labeled steps, you'd darn well better have text that explains it (And give serious consideration to using a plantuml SVG diagram so you can link from the entities and relationships in the diagram to the corresponding descriptions)
Finally - exactly what does the diagram have to do with 'scope'? If you're going to put it in this section, need to explain the relevance.
