      You need to dramatically trim your story. Your audience for this IG is developers - not clinicians, not patients. You want to convey what's going on as succinctly as possible. Try not to include any information not directly relevant to the use-case or that you wouldn't expect to be included in the instances that are conformant against the IG. This page (and the other stories) have way too much text. 95% of software developers will look at the page and click back to the table of contents to find something more useful.
