There's nothing on this page that in any way identifies how the clinical flow described is enabled by the IG. At minimum, there should be links from the text to examples in the IG that show what is actually happening behind the scenes to make the IG work. (When you see a couple of paragraphs with no links, that's a strong sign that those paragraphs probably aren't relevant to this IG.)
