      will clarify that goals may or may not be part of a formal care plan but in the event they are, it is out of scope for the version of the IG and may be part of a separate WG effort (e.g. the MCC work stream for the PC work group).

      I would have expected this line to mention CarePlan as it's the key organizer for Goals and all steps taken in support of the Goals.
