      Nothing here has explained what ServiceRequest is for, what Task is for, or how they work together. That's a pretty essential thing to explain to implementers…

      Remember - most of your audience won't be familiar with FHIR at all - and even those with some familiarity with FHIR won't necessarily understand how to use Task.
