      There's no reason to enumerate everything that's possible - the spec already does that. Also, the current sentence is confusing - the profiles do exist…

      Existing Wording:

      Observation.derivedFrom should reference the SDC QuestionnaireResponse Profile and/or the SDOHCC-Observation-ScreeningResponseBase-1 Profile if they exist.

      Proposed Wording:

      Observation.derivedFrom should reference instances that comply with the QuestionnaireResponse (if based on a specific answer) or SDOHCC Observation profile (when derived from other observations - which are themselves typically based on questionnaire answers). However, references to other instance types are also possible.
