      Will add required support for datetime to allow the recipient to determine the "order" of multiple consents – there is no use case for having performer computable (e.g. required) since it will normally be present in the consent "form"  (add usage notes)

      Legally, you need to know who gave consent and when it was given. Subsequent statements can override earlier ones. Without a date, you don't know what's newer. Consent can be given on behalf of someone else - and it's important to know if that happened and who's responsible. Performer can't be inferred.
