This IG provides the ability to exchange SDOH information between providers and with other stakeholders.  The actual scope of information that should be exchanged depends on the type of stakeholder (covered entity vs not) and the nature of the individual information (e.g. interpersonal violence may be significantly restricted by organizational policy or risk vs need) and finally the consent of the patient.  Will add text to this effect in the relevant section of the IG.

There is no mention of the essential requirement to ensure that social risk information is available to and shared with all other healthcare providers that a patient may interact with. If social risk assessments are truly essential for the delivery of appropriate care, then they need to be easily available in all care settings. This should be the primary workflow for this IG.
