Part of the consensus building community should be inclusion of SDOH projects that are active and have a history, like the referenced Camned project that would add practical insight to the community perspective-what data they use and where is it from, to include in the early modeling of data capture, aggregation, sharing, and analysis for impact on outcomes to refine over time basd on measured impact
