The conceptual framework centers around 3 of 10 identified factors that impact health outside of healthcare-food, housing and transportation are important but the other factors, for a given patient or community, may have a greater impact on health outcomes so including a place for those factors to be accounted for and the data collection and processing that would improve health outcomes should at least be in the roadmap and referenced as considerations to account for as the IG is developed over time
