      The general approach for the Gravity Project is to create consensus based terminology to describe the various aspects of activities (assessment, health concerns, goals, interventions/referrals) related to a specific SDOH domain. The process analyzes existing terminology, determines if gaps exist and seeks to fill those gaps.  The process is well documented and is focused on establishing a shared semantics for SDOH capture and exchange.  Will reference this approach in the IG.
