      The graphic in section two is taken from a published paper from the BridgeSpan Group as an example of the impact of social determinants on health.  Section 3 is focused on the Gravity Project's work on specific SDOH domains (terminology and technology) and will continue to evolve over the next several years.

      In the previous Section 2., it was noted that Socioeconomic Factors comprise about 40% of an individual's overall health. There are 5 categories listed. However, in this Section 3. the three categories listed do not correspond to the layout in Section 2. While it is good to see Transportation access and food insecurity listed, some of the additional ones in the previous section are vitally important as well, such as education (I would say health literacy) and family/social support.
