This section provides an excellent mechanism to help stakeholders understand an example of how SDOH impacts clinical care. It is imperative that additional SDOH factors be considered (perhaps by developing a set of different patient personas). Further, as this IG gains "traction", it would be helpful to include this in FHIR Connectathons for testing and evaluation to ensure that SDOH factors are accurately represented and have meaning for the providers of clinical care.
