      More information is needed before this can be addressed. How can this be accomplished? Do we need information on how this would be determined in current Breast Radiology Exams or is it included? We are open to this, but need more information before we can implement this.

       

      II is working on the new Image Selection resource which will support this, and this will probably be the manner in which this information can be added to the Breast IG profile.

      -Can Tumor Volume Information (GTV) be part of the radiology reporting? (May be part of Clinical Impression)
      -Observations for skin alterations during mammography may be included. Skin alterations are sometimes used as a risk factor for predicting lymphovuscular invasion pre-operatively
