We will define a search criteria for this. We will clarify in the description that the type is 'string' because the content can either be a 'Reference' search - type (id, Type/id, url) or one of the magic List types. We will remove the qualifier in the summary table that says that _list can't be a url.

search.html page has _list search parameter for all resources. This search parameter does not have a SearchParameter structured definition.

Suggestion:

Create a SeachParameter for _list for Resource resource with the same attributes defined in the search page:

_list string All resources in nominated list (by id, not a full URL)
