    • Type: Change Request
    • Resolution: Unresolved
    • Priority: Medium
    • FHIR Core (FHIR)
    • R4
    • Biomedical Research & Regulation
    • MedicinalProductClinicals [deprecated]

      1. Type introduces “warning”, however it is not in the resource description nor the Boundaries and Relationships sections. Valid type meaning we should update the applicable sections; however, I have to admit I have not done this (yet).

      1. To be defined, Rik to create definition, Peter, Marti, Francois volunteers to review

      2. The ClinicalUseIssue.subject is inconsistent with the Scope and Usage as well as the Boundaries and Relationships, meaning we should update the applicable sections; however, I have to admit I have not done this (yet).

      1. Rik, to update text, included in existing JIRA 30095 by Francois

      3. The ClinicalUseIssue.subject list is either is extended to cover all aspects in scope or changed to be Any.

      1. Rik to add NutritionProduct and BiologicallyDerivedProduct

      4. The ClinicalUseIssue.interaction.interactant.item.itemReference list needs to be expanded to include NutritionProduct and potentially BiologicallyDerivedProduct (not sure of any instances but …)

      1. Rik to add NutritionProduct and BiologicallyDerivedProduct

      5. Status is defined as “Whether this is a current issue or one that has been retired etc.”, however based on the fact that it’s reporting a single specific issue, are we expecting it to be used to manage the lifecycle of an issue? I don’t understand the use case for this element?

      1. Add ClinicalUseIssue.status.date, define as the date the status is effective. Rik to find the most common name and terminology.
