After reading this IG for almost an hour, I'm still not quite certain what's required of a compliant server. (e.g. is $status required?) A few more paragraphs on this page about requirements for both clients and servers would greatly help your readers. Also, it seems very reasonable to require, instead of just recommending that, a server support one channel type in the IG. If you've got reason not too, how about:a server SHALL support at least one channel type, and SHOULD support one in this IG?
