Background:

As part of the review of the SubstanceDefinition resource to ensure it addresses both the clinical and the nonclinical scope some of the wording and definitions were identified as needing updates to reflect the full scope.

Issues:

1. The current definition for SubstanceDefinition.version reads:

“A business level identifier of the substance.”

suggest modifying to:

“A business level edition or revision identifier.”
