Will add the cqf-expression to item.text as 'optional' in the "advanced rendering" profile.  Will note that the variation cannot change the meaning of the question.  Can use this even if text is present.  If the extension is supported, the evaluation will replace the text provided (with 'smarter' text).  Will also add an example showing its use.
