Proposed fix: add a "short description" element to the Detailed Descriptions page.

Example illustrating why this is a problem: http://hl7.org/fhir/bundle-definitions.html#Bundle.entry.fullUrl has no mention of OIDs, but the short description says "URI for resource (Absolute URL server address or URI for UUID/OID)". This means people reading the details actually miss important details!
