Operation Tab

      When clicking the "Operations" tab, the tab of "Code Systems" is the default tab with an index number of "4.3.0". Make sure the default tab is "4.1" instead.

      Additionally, the "Using Codes" has an index number of 4.1, but the second tab of "Code Systems" with a number of "4.3.0". Where is the tab with a number of "4.2"?
