The observation-statistics Code System is missing the required status field, in addition to many other expected fields that were present in R4 (e.g., contact, content, description, valueSet, title, etc.).

In order to pass validation, the system should have the required field. I would also like to see the other fields added back in, since they are useful for implementers.
