The impression reading the current version is that in the medication space there are distinct objects designed for specific domains to describe the same things , rather than having resources that can be adapted to be used in different contexts.

As example of this the medicationKnowledge resource in the Clinical space and the others defined for the regulatory space.

The question is if this is really needed, otherwise it should be better explained why distinct resources are needed and how they work together.
