      Committees need to take their time to do things right so the resources can progress rather than end up stagnate until the following ballot (or 2 or 3)

      Existing Wording:

      The community has indicated that the versions of the 'Medication Definition' resources as published in R4 were not implementable as published and have not been implemented - as such a significant refactoring is still 'compatible' with R4.
