PackagedProductDefinition also has a manufacturer. AdministrableProductDefinition points to the ManufacturedMDs it is constituted from. So manufacturer is associated with everything except MedMD. As such "manfuactured" isn't really the differentiator for ManufacturedItemDefinition. I think the differentiator is that ManufacturedItemDefinition represents a 'dispensable' med, though packaged meds can also be dispensed?
