      If you're going to define a coded element you SHOULD always have at least an example value set showing the types of codes that might reasonably be used and to give a sense of the breadth and scope of the element. If a binding is not provided because no reasonable set of codes can be found to draw from, a set of example values that accomplish the same purpose MUST be inluded as part of the definition. (This applies to all resources and types in the medication definition space.)
