Ingredient doesn't make sense as an independently identifiable thing with its own status. It's intrinsically tied to the thing it's an ingredient of. If you're talking about different pack sizes, that's PackagedProductDefinition - which doesn't reference Ingredient. Different package sizes would all reference the same ManuMD - which is where Ingredient is used.
