Clarification
The codes imply that organization only organizations can have (and must have) 'official') attestations and that the other three codes are for patients, providers and practitioners. If this is true, consider an invariant or at least a usage note. Also, legal attestation seems to be orthogonal to the personal/professional categories. Can't a person legally attest to something in either their personal or professional capacity? The codes need clearer definitions to ensure that only one code can apply at a time. Finally, are we SURE that these are the only possible types of attestation and that all systems that capture attestation information are guaranteed to be able to map their codes to one of these?
