canonical(ObservationDefinition) creates an error in IG even if not useng it

      The error is below.  The IG profile has no reference to ObservationDefinition

      Profile http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/ObservationDefinition is for type StructureDefinitionhttp://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/ObservationDefinition, which is not a Canonical Resource (which is required because the Observation.instantiates[x] element has type canonical)
