      Structured data like blood pressure, complex procedures, etc. can all be encoded with different levels of detail - and sometimes even with different nesting structures. We need to make clear that the resources don't standardize all of this (and can't, for a variety of reasons) and that where standardization on this is necessary for interoperability, it will come from Profiles.
