As a complex data type "telecom" by itself is a bit ambiguous for servers to support (and/or requiers extra unnecessary work). Suggestion: break out e-mails from telephone numbers within search.

that produces more work for a different set of implementers. It's not like one can be a valid instance of the other; just searh both. I think as it is is better
