Comments
This definition is inconsistent with the rest of the page, which says that the Communication is a "record of a request" If it is a request (prospective, future) then it is not necessarily "an occurrence of information being transmitted, e.g., an alert that was sent" (past event). Proposed wording makes the introductory paragraph consistent with the rest. Alternatively, change most of the text of this resource to describe it not as the request, but as the actual Communication
