.notes - this is such a useful concept, to be able to add notes/comment text to clinical items - would like to consider adding this as a core property, or at least adding to the Clinical resources. We see this used many times for not only problems, but also AllergyIntolerance, Medications (prescriptions, administrations, statements), immunizations, and from many results coming in from outside labs.

I don't think this makes sense as a core propety - especially, the definition would be so vague as to be meaningless. It might be a design rule that we have, but even then, I doubt we can make many rules. For instance, on prescription, which field does it undercut?
