Please explain the actual rules that are currently merely implied by the various attributes of an entry in the Bundle. In particular, the interplay between the codes in BundleEntryStatus, and what the role of the deleted structure is. Is the deleted structure an inout parameter for a transaction? An output result structure? This is not explained at all in this section. If there is an in-depth discussion elsewhere, it needs links.
