      The Contract.binding element has been removed. The new element .legallyBinding is to reference the final signed instance of the contract document whereas .legal refers to the law or policy which is being adhered to.

      There is now a Contract.binding. This element needs to be harmonized with Contract.legal. Where the Contract.legal element was intended to hold the legally binding form of the contract. Thus there seems to be more than one place to put the legally binding contract.
