      It'd not clear if these are intended to go in Medication.code.text or elsewhere. (I'd expect that to contain the name of the compound, but not necessarily the instructions)

      Simply listing the ingredients often isn't sufficient to describe how the med should be made.

      Suggest either adding the documentation for how it's handled or adding an element for this purpose.
