There are two Clinical Document profiles in Spec?

and

http://hl7-fhir.github.io/composition-clindoc-clinicaldocument.html

Need to clarify the use case for each and rename. I propose a implementation guide for the CDA R2 on FHIR stuff. althought frankly http://hl7-fhir.github.io/cda-clinicaldocument.html like a draft with broken links and misnamed referecences to profile. Should be removed from DSTU if not ready for wide distribution.
