constrain/redefine all the elements short name and definitions for vaccine profile (where appropriate) using the Immunization resource. I guess waiting to see if keeping the profile but is really incomplete without porting over the immunization names and defintions. This is going to make the differential much bigger. ( would be nice to have a delta of structural components only but I think the context specific definitions are important for this profile on immunization. )
