      For radiotherapy and chemotherapy, there is a need to define cycles and offsets. For instance, for a cycle with 21-day duration, there is a need to represent that a medication is to be given on day 2, 5, 10. We propose that this be represented using the offset attribute.

      Please note that the offset defined here is different from the notion of an offset (lead/lag) between cycles.
