The auto-generated StructureDefinition ids are repetative and not self-explanatory. For example:

The words "qicore" and "condition" and duplicated in what appears to be a lovel example of the poetic technique of "chiasmus" (but FHIR is no poem). I don't have a clear solution here, but the general approach would be:

1. Try to come up with a terser and better-structured way to auto-generate names, or

2. Allow profile authors to provide explicit "hints" that could overcome the limititations of auto-generation.
