Why do Condition.onset and Condition.abatement have different datatypes?

      The fact that onset allows a dateTime, while abatement allows only a date, strikes me as surprising. If there's a rational, it should be captured in the field descriptions. If not, these should both be "dateTime". (And it doens't strike me as absurd to have a dateTime for an abatement – for example, a condition like pregnancy might be said to abate at the time of birth, or a condition corrected by a surgical procedure might abate when the procedure is complete.)
