would have been a good thing to do. Were supposed to get large Lab master files, but we never did. In that context don't see the difference between the so called data elemens of a lab master file that have many of the same characteristics as a LOINC code, we could just think of them as local coding systems and avoid the complexity of questions versus, data elemets versus codiing systems like LOINC.
