I agree that "Questionnarie.group.group and Questionnarie.group.question Groups may either contain questions or groups but not both" I felt there was something needed to more clearly separate Groups that contain questions and Groups that are "answers" - but I am not clear what that would be or if FHIR is there yet. So unless you feel there is something you want to change add/based on my statement above, I will withdraw (when I get the notice to do so).
