      Comment:

      Type definition of element in SDC profile omits 2 types from a multi-type reference as defined in the base resource, presumably a typo.

      If specify fewer sub-types of a multi-type element in profile then that overrides the base resource type and removes unspecified sub-types.

      QuestionnaireAnswers.group.question.answer.value[x] overrides the base resource and omits the sub-types: uri and Quality.
