      I think we could expand the introduction to include home health but make it clear that those environments would need profiles to constrain it to pertinent aspects of how home health orders are initiated. Ambulatory seems different in that it is more a recommendation than an order - patient would be following the diet rather than having a tray prepared and delivered. It might work for ambulatory but a profile might eliminate some parts.

      Existing Wording: The NutritionOrder resource is used for requesting oral diets, oral nutrition supplements and enteral feedings in an in-patient setting.

      Is the nutritionOrder resourcelimited for use in the in-patient setting only? NutritionOrder for enteral feeding is also used in home care setting and ambulatory care settings.
