      Will update description of Goal.priority to make clear that it is the mutually agreed priority (between patient, clinician and/or other stake holders) for this goal as compared to others. Will add a usage note indicating that the coded ordinal extension can be used for numeric weighting.

      Will add an extension called acceptance, containing:

      individual (Practitioner, Patient, RelatedPerson)
      status (agree, disagree, pending)
      priority (as for the existing element)
