      Will add a usage note indicating that if complications are only text, those can be sent using CodeableConcept.text.

      Existing Wording: Procedure.complication - Any complications that occurred during the procedure, or in the immediate post-operative period. These are generally tracked separately from the notes, which typically will describe the procedure itself rather than any 'post

      procedure' issues.

      Comment:

      Strongly believe this has to be narrative. There is no way to corral in codes the complexity of complications and why.

      Would argue for much more use of simple notes in these spaces where we don't have experience with coding or know if it can be done within time constraints
