Procedure device. The most important devices are those that are implanted. There are lots of requirements around them AND a requirement in MU to code them with UID. This is too vague. It could be talking about the equipment set up for surgery or devices used during surgery. (e.g. electrocautery.) Both could be important but they need to be distinguished
