      Add to description: "This includes observations explicitly requested by the producer(filler) to provide context or supporting information needed to complete the order"

      Note to commenter : This is not a narrative datatype but rather references to other resources such as discreet Observations for AOEs, and for other information that may be useful to filler.

      Mix up here. Should be amount of inspire O2.

      However there is also collision here with ask at order entry questions which are stored as discrete observations and returned with the result. Same with the date of menstrual cycle. So there is some schizophrenia here. Or you are saying to enter discrete observations here. It is not clear. Should stay with ask at order entry for labs and not slide over to full narrative. If not you should confess there are two ways of doing this and explain when to do which. These free from narrative
